Useful information about our shop
You can order our products with 4 ways:
- Order from our web site www.panax-med.gr. Find the products that interest you through the search engine or the various thematic pages. Click the button “Add to cart” next to the product you want and it will be added to your basket. When you have finished your selections click on the “Checkout” at the top right of the page. Enter your information in accordance with the detailed steps and complete your order.
2. You can place your order by phone at 26410 45495 weekdays from 09.00-14.00
3. You can send your order by fax at 26410 46707 24 hours.
4. You can go through our Pharmacy Square Chatzopoulou 12 Agrinio. But it is important to have contact before you that we have informed you that all of your order are in-store.
FREE SHIPPING – For all purchases over € 50 shippingwill be free of charge by courier directly to your door.
Our products are shipped within one business day with Speedex courier. Shipment costs are 6.5 euro for cash on delivery payment and 3.5 euro for payment by bank transfer. For Non-available products we will notify you by phone or email about the progress of your order.
* In case of depletion of stocks it may be a delay for which we will notify you via email or phone.
No extra charge on shipping costs for inaccessible areas and thus ensure that where in Greece the shipping cost will be the same.
You can pay your order in the following ways:
Cash on Delivery
The products are shipped by courier and you pay upon receipt. The cost of payment on delivery is 6.5 euros.
Bank Deposit
If you are not at home, you can pay your order by bank account. For your convenience, please give the bank as reason for your Name and Order Number. Then please send the deposit slip by fax at 26410 46707 or by e-mail at info@panax-med.gr. The cost of payment with bank deposit is 3.5 euros.
